CARDAMOM SEEDS

The seeds come from the green cardamom pods of the plant of the genus name Elettaria which is native to India and Indonesia. Nowadays, it is cultivated also in Guatemala, Malaysia and Tanzania. Cardamom has an excellent, natural aroma and is one of the most expensive spices of the world.

It is used as flavorant in teas and coffee, while it is also the ingredient of various spice mixtures for cooking and confectionary.
