PEPPERCORN BLACK

Probably the world’s most traded little fruit, black peppercorn whole or  black pepper ground has been used for centuries for its unique flavor. It grows in clusters like grapes and is left to mature to give its full taste and black color.

Green peppercorns are collected earlier in time, that’s why they keep their green color.

White peppercorns are the result of a procedure during which the pericarp of the black pepper is soaked and removed.
